Veedersburg Relatives here have learned of the death of Mrs. Maude Hamlin, 73, a native of Veedersburg. The news of her death was received by a step sister, Mrs. Goldie Minnick. She died in a nursing home in Holland, Michigan. Born in Veedersburg, Jan 19, 1893, she was a daughter of Frank and Minnie Cox McCalment. She married Seth Hamlin who preceded her in death. Surviving are a son, Lewis Vyre and a daughter, Mildred Vyre of Holland, the step sister, Mrs. Minnick, a half sister, Mrs. Sylvia Johnson of Urbana, Ill; and a brother, Omer McCalment of Patuskey, Mich.
